King Jugg Brewing Company to Transform Bolden’s Site in Downtown Noblesville

Noblesville Announces King Jugg Brewing Company as New Business at the Former Bolden’s Dry Cleaners Location Downtown

NOBLESVILLE, IN (January 14, 2025) – Today, the City of Noblesville announced King Jugg Brewing Company as the new business for the site of the former Bolden’s Dry Cleaners (151 N. Eighth St.) in downtown Noblesville, located along the White River and within the city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) District. The Bolden’s Dry Cleaners was a family-owned business in downtown Noblesville for 63 years and closed in July 2023. The City of Noblesville purchased the building from Bolden’s in July 2023. Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2025, with the anticipated completion in 2027. King Jugg Brewing Company has committed a minimum $4 million investment into adaptive reuse of the site and building, along with significant economic impact and community involvement commitments. Subject to required approvals, the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission will lease the property to King Jugg Brewing Company and grant an option to purchase the property after successful, continuous operation downtown. The Noblesville Redevelopment Commission will review and consider approval of the final terms and definitive project agreement. All renderings are conceptual and subject to change.

“Noblesville’s thriving downtown is a family-friendly place where you can shop, dine, recreate, and socialize, so finding the right partner for the former Bolden’s site was necessary, and after much discussion, King Jugg is the right fit for this location,” said Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen. “The location along the White River and proximity to our downtown square, trails and Federal Hill Commons make it the perfect spot for the family-friendly brewery and a natural fit into our downtown. Residents and visitors can enjoy a meal, watch a sporting event, or listen to live music at this location. I look forward to having King Jugg in Noblesville and the impact it will bring to our downtown.”

In addition to moving to the new location in Noblesville, King Jugg is the official beer of Fishers Freight Football, has a brewery in Broad Ripple and a Tap Room in Fishers, which offers a family and dog-friendly atmosphere and includes a full-service restaurant, addition to live music and sports watch parties throughout the year. King Jugg also prioritizes giving back to its community through programs like Bikes for Kids, which to date has provided 68 bikes to local kids in need, including North Elementary in Noblesville.

“King Jugg Brewing Company could not be more excited to partner with the City of Noblesville! Noblesville is a growing, vibrant community that is ideal for our next location,” said Mike Finnegan, Head of Partnerships/Owner, King Jugg Brewing Company. “We’re excited to bring great food, live music, craft beer and a place to watch any big sporting event to Noblesville’s downtown and become a part of your fantastic community!”

King Jugg Brewing Company was founded in 2021 by long-time colleagues John Jakob, and Mike “Finny” Finnegan. For well over a decade, John and Finny discussed what it would be like to start a brewery. It wasn’t until they met the fantastic food of Randy De John, Leslie Halkovich and Aarron Pearlman from Roomservice on Wheels that King Jugg Brewing Company was born. King Jugg Brewing Company combines 20 years of brewing and 40 years of restaurant management experience with the style and passion that can only be personified by the overwhelming force that is King Juggernaut himself.
