COhatch Opens First Indiana Location

NOBLESVILLE – An Ohio-based startup has opened its first location in the Hoosier state. COhatch says the shared work, social, and family space at the Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville will be the first of eight locations planned for central Indiana.

Plans for the Noblesville site were first announced in July 2019. The 7,200-square-foot location features a two-story mezzanine, a podcasting room, and a combination of 22 private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, large conference rooms, and family-friendly indoor and outdoor event spaces.

“Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville offers a great environment and the perfect complement for further expanding our townhall 2.0 concept,” said COhatch founder and Chief Executive Officer Matt Davis. “Our vision is to help build vibrant communities, where we enable individuals and businesses to work, meet, and live – and give back to the communities that they love. By providing a center of gravity for the community and offering tools and amenities to flourish, members thrive through our collaborative and innovative approach to community.”

COhatch has already detailed plans for its next Indianapolis-area location. The startup plans to renovate and restore the historic Trinity Church in the Broad Ripple neighborhood. The location is expected to open in early 2021.

The Noblesville location is the startup’s 17th location in the Midwest.
