Noblesville Economic Development: 2024 Year in Review

As 2024 draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on a year of transformational growth and opportunity in Noblesville. With $671 million in new private investments, over 855,000 square feet of new commercial space, 227 new jobs, and more than 1,400 new residential units, our city continues to be a beacon of progress and innovation.

This year also brought forward-looking initiatives, citywide enhancements, and exciting new opportunities for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
