With $671 million in new private investments, over 855,000 square feet of new commercial space, 227 new jobs, and more than 1,400 new residential units, our city continues to be a beacon of progress and innovation.

2024 was defined by bold projects and significant progress:
- The Arena at Innovation Mile: This future home of the Pacers G-League team will feature event and entertainment spaces, retail outlets, recreational facilities, and commercial opportunities, further solidifying Noblesville as a regional destination.
- Reimagine Pleasant Street: Completing Phase 1 in 2024, which improved east-west connectivity, enhancing how residents and visitors navigate and experience Noblesville.
- Morse Village: A mixed-use development bringing retail and residential vibrancy.
- The Granary: A signature project that will add charm and functionality to downtown Noblesville.
- Promenade of Noblesville: The future home of The Justus Companies’ headquarters, further advancing this urban development’s progress.
- Innovation Mile: Welcomed the Indiana Joint Replacement Institute, marking its ground-breaking in 2023 and making significant development in 2024.

- Noblesville Police Station: Construction will begin in the second half of 2025, improving safety and support for our growing community.
