Consumer website NerdWallet.com, a California-based website that helps consumers save time and money by providing information on banking, credit cards, insurance, mortgages, shopping, travel, and more, has released their list of the twenty best small cities in the United States in which to live. On it, Noblesville was ranked the 20th best small city in the US. Some of the factors used to compile the list include: affordability, growth (population and income), and economic vitality. NerdWallet.com defines “small city” as one with a population between 25,000 – 100,000. Two additional Hamilton County communities were included in this ranking—Carmel was first and Fishers was fifth.
“We are pleased to be recognized as one of the best small cities in the US along with our neighbors in Carmel and Fishers. All of us in Hamilton County work hard to make this an outstanding place for people to call home,” said Mayor John Ditslear.
