The City of Noblesville is pleased to announce the hiring of Aaron Head as its new economic development specialist. Head, a lifelong resident of Noblesville, began his new position on August. 17.

Head’s new duties will consist of data collection and research on Noblesville’s available sites and buildings to provide current and quick inventory. He will focus on developable ground and prioritize its marketing potential. Economic Development Director Judi Johnson said Head will be her department’s liaison with planning, engineering, and external utility providers. He will continue to use his planning expertise to assist in project development. Johnson said Head will use his relationship-building skills to drive interest in business attraction, retention, and expansion.

Head and his wife, Amanda, graduated from Noblesville High School in 1999 and 2000 respectively. They have two children, Tiffany, 9, and Jake, the newest family member at 9 months. Head received his bachelor’s degree at Ball State University. For the past 10 years, he has worked for the City of Fishers Community Development Department as an associate planner. Head serves on the H.A.N.D. Neighborhoods NOW Advisory Committee.
