The development of the Washington Business Park is years ahead of schedule due to popular demand for the adaptive flex space industrial model which offers a variety of companies to leverage a combination of commercial, flex, office, and light industrial uses within the city’s key industries.
The industrial business park is located just north of 146th Street and East of State Road 37. The site is partially occupied by new tenants with new lots currently under development.
